Last time I remember it was in 1998 that I attended a team outbound with such a BIG team. That time I was working for an MNC in Hyderabad and event took place in one of the prestigious hotel in Hyderabad and a event that I will carry to remember for this life time.
Now almost after 12 years I did a team outbound at a resort on the outskirts of Bangalore. It was a mix of freshers to people in the industry for more than two decades. People from Management team, support team, consultants and new joiners were part of this event. Half the team were fresher, who brought lots of energy in to the games and other programs on both the days. First evening cocktail party was fabulous and went on till 11:00 PM. Next day was also too hectic, stated with Yoga instructions at as early as 6:00 AM and the complete outdoor games for the rest of the day
Event was well organized expect for too many people on the second day of the event. Second day being a Saturday and the venue's proximity to Bangalore, it attracted too many corporate teams for the day.
