Good one from a financial front... able to return all those free good will loans borrowed from friends and relatives during the home construction. Little hike in the salary and adjustments to the fixed component has given a little extra breathing space... changed my cell phone and Car... got a some furniture and a New television...
At work front got in to lead role from a management prospective... a decent 9 to 6 job... after slogging for many years working for different timezone, this is a welcoming change.
The one thing that I would like to highlight is that I brought down my weight from Mid 80s to early 70s... that is a significant achievement.
